We are looking for well experienced, English speaking Chefs, Sous Chefs, Chef de Partie to fill immediate positions in Restaurants, Pubs, Bistros, Cafes and exclusive Hotel Restaurants in several locations on the beautiful island of Malta.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• A positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime
• Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
• Well-experienced in a similar position
• A valid EU passport
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
• Reporting to the Food Production Manager/Head Head Chef
• Produce consistent food preparation and presentations that meet the Company’s specifications and commitment to quality,
• Be involved with the pastry team in creativity sessions to explore new and improved items
• Familiarize with the outlets’ daily production requirements and take responsibility to produce orders accurately and in a timely manner, and
• Maintain and update F&B inventory & management systems; HACCP and H&S systems
