We’re looking for young, energetic, and physically strong General Operatives (maximum 40 years old) from EU countries to join a fast-paced, physically demanding farm environment. This role requires previous experience in hard manual labor, particularly in outdoor farm work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Harvesting lettuce & other crops (cabbage, celery, etc.)
✔️ Working in all weather conditions – endurance & resilience required
✔️ Operating farm machinery (for trained roles)
✔️ Performing general farm maintenance & packhouse duties
Specialized Role (March Start):
🔹 1 position includes tractor driving & farm maintenance (basic English preferred)
Who We Need:
✅ Age: 18-40 years old (strong stamina & endurance required)
✅ Physically fit & capable of handling demanding manual labor
✅ Previous experience in farm work or other heavy labor-intensive jobs
✅ Team player with a strong work ethic
