TheAssistantManager provides overall support to the Restaurant Store Manager in managing the daily restaurant operations of a single restaurant.The Assistant Manager helps manage restaurant operations, people development, Customer service, food safety hygiene & training staff. The Assistant Manager has full accountability for restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Store Manager and offers a real prospect of running your own restaurant in the future.
SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver quality food and amazing Customer service
• Supervise the activities of team members on a daily basis and ensure necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards
• Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you
• Being hands on and lead from the front, committed to developing your team
• Trainingthe team on all aspects of the Supermac’s operation
• Coordinate in-store sales and promotions
• You will also have exposure to all aspects of Management functions such as; Stock control, Scheduling,
Cash Handling, People Management, HR & Payroll, Shift Management, Restaurant Operations to name a few.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Good Level of conversational English language skill required.
• Previous Fast Food/Catering Experience preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience in the Catering/Hospitality/Quick Service
Food industry is required
• Demonstrate excellent people management skills
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• EU/EEA Passport holder.
• Knowledge of Food safety is required (HACCP)
• You must be flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings and weekends
