We’re hiring staff for stationary river cruise ships docked in the Netherlands, operating as floating hotels. Unlike traditional cruise roles, these ships don’t sail – they are safely moored while hosting war refugees (mainly Ukrainian and Middle Eastern) whose care is organized by the Dutch government.
This is the perfect opportunity for those who want to experience life aboard a river ship without the high pressure of regular cruising – or for those in the industry looking for a more relaxed, meaningful setting.
📋 Job Details:
- 🕒 Working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
- 🧾 Days off: 2 days/week
- 🇳🇱 Contract: Dutch employment contract
- 🛏️ Accommodation + Full Board: Provided free of charge on the ship
- 📅 Contract Length: From onboarding until December 31, with extension possible
