Location: This is a luxury and gourmet retreat, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Burren. The stunning 18th century manor house is set in its own established and lovingly-attended gardens, and has spectacular views that stretch across the Burren to Galway Bay. It has 21 bedrooms and suites. It is multi awarded and the restaurant has 3AA Rosettes. Their award winning Restaurant is fine dining doing a max of 42 covers per night. They have a Restaurant Manager and Supervisor plus some part time staff already on site and employ 8 chefs in the Kitchen
In the Dining Room, the head chef David Hurley and his team serve creative and modern dishes using fresh, local ingredients like organic Burren lamb and game, and fresh Atlantic fish and shellfish.
Requirements: Good command of English, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a fine dining environment
Salary: The estimated hourly rate is €9.25/h gross+tips. If they have good experience client may consider a higher hourly rate.They do not operate a service charge but candidates will receive tips on top of their weekly salary. Average tips per month about €150.00-€200.00 but this is totally up to themselves. It is not guaranteed.
Working hours: Shifts are a mixture of both. Minimum of 39 hours per week. All hours worked are paid accordingly
