Requirements

Please note:
Candidates can not work in Northern Ireland as it is part of the UK and no longer within the EU.

Salary Information

Chefs:

  • Kitchen Porter: €13.50/hour gross
  • Commis Chef: €28,000 – €30,000/year gross
  • Chef de Partie: €30,000 – €34,000/year gross
  • Junior/Sous Chef: €34,000 – €38,000/year gross
  • Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef: €38,000 – €40,000/year gross
  • Baker/Pastry Chef: €30,000 – €34,000/year gross

In several restaurants tips are shared amongst the whole staff, therefore kitchen staff also receive their share!

Other Positions:

  • Housekeeper: €13.50/hour gross
  • Housekeeping Supervisor: €14,00–15,50/hour gross
  • Front Desk Receptionist: €13.50–14.50/hour gross
  • Waiter/Bar Staff: from €13.50-14,50/hour gross+often tips
  • Restaurant Supervisor: €14,50–15,50/hour gross+tips
  • Health Care Assistants: €13.50-14,50/hour gross
