Requirements
- Min. 2 years’ experience in the same field
- Experience in a 4* or 5* operations (hotel and/or cruise ships)
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Self-organized, disciplined, and reliable

Role and Responsibilities - Provide a professional and courteous service at designated workstations in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Introduce butler services, amenities, and facilities to all guests
- Responsible for room service in all suites
- Jointly responsible with the assistant restaurant manager for the specialty-restaurant (L’Amour, Portobello, La Rive)
- Retain full knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu
- Prepare the River Café display
- Provide Early-Riser- & Late-Breakfast
- Prepare and assist with Café Lunch set up and service
- Clean and polish chinaware, glasses, and silverware
- Duly inform supervisor about any guest complaints
- Notify supervisor about breakage or damage of any equipment or machinery and keep a record/list of breakage
- Maintain cleanliness front and back of the house according to HACCP regulations.
- Ensure correct handling of all equipment and machinery
- Duly report any potential safety hazards
Side Tasks - Assist other departments as per supervisor’s instructions
- Perform other duties as assigned, e.g. luggage service, loading, and garbage off-loading
- Participate in all safety drills and ensure solid knowledge of designated Safety role
Salary: 2100-2500€/month net
