Requirements

  • Min. 2 years’ experience in the same field
  • Experience in a 4* or 5* operations (hotel and/or cruise ships)
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Self-organized, disciplined, and reliable

    Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional and courteous service at designated workstations in accordance with company standards and procedures
  • Introduce butler services, amenities, and facilities to all guests
  • Responsible for room service in all suites
  • Jointly responsible with the assistant restaurant manager for the specialty-restaurant (L’Amour, Portobello, La Rive)
  • Retain full knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu
  • Prepare the River Café display
  • Provide Early-Riser- & Late-Breakfast
  • Prepare and assist with Café Lunch set up and service
  • Clean and polish chinaware, glasses, and silverware
  • Duly inform supervisor about any guest complaints
  • Notify supervisor about breakage or damage of any equipment or machinery and keep a record/list of breakage
  • Maintain cleanliness front and back of the house according to HACCP regulations.
  • Ensure correct handling of all equipment and machinery
  • Duly report any potential safety hazards
    Side Tasks
  • Assist other departments as per supervisor’s instructions
  • Perform other duties as assigned, e.g. luggage service, loading, and garbage off-loading
  • Participate in all safety drills and ensure solid knowledge of designated Safety role

Salary: 2100-2500€/month net
